GNSS Receiver Properties - Internal Sensor

This tab appears, if you do the following:

If you select the module in the Tree view after you have added the module, the categories and settings of this tab appear in the Properties view.

Several Trimble reference station receivers, such as the 5700, R7 and NetRS receivers, actively connected to the control center can transmit information on their temperature and voltage states. The voltage status is given for external power supply as well as for internal batteries in volt and/or in percentages.

Tip - The Device Manager module gives an overview of the current temperature and voltage values of all connected receivers in its Voltage / Temperature Info module view.

Internal Sensor category

Use the Internal Sensor category and settings to configure the GNSS Receiver module in combination with the Alarm Manager module to issue alarms, if the internal Trimble receiver sensors detect offsets from given threshold values. The settings here are used to set the thresholds to be exceeded before an alarm is raised.

Temperature threshold: Specifies the maximum allowed temperature value in degrees Celsius. Default: 0 °C.

Voltage threshold: Specifies the minimum allowed voltage value in volt. If the internal voltage of the receiver falls below this value, an alarm is triggered. Default: 0 Volt.

Use the Alarm Manager module to enable alarming for temperature, voltage, and power supply changes. To do so, select the following alarm conditions for internal sensor data at the GNSS Receiver module:
