This dialog appears, if you do one of the following:
Use it for creating, viewing, and editing the specifications for logins and operator teams.
The dialog consists of a table displaying status information on all configured user logins and a toolbar. Some of the toolbar buttons are only enabled for users with Administrator access right.
Refresh |
When selected, the UI connects to the database to retrieve the last version of the database entries which fill the table. This is recommended, for example, after you have created one or several new operator teams. |

Edit |
Only active, when a login entry is selected (highlighted). When selected, the Edit Login dialog appears for the selected login entry. |
|
Delete |
Deletes the currently selected login entry. A confirmation dialog prevents you from unintentionally deleting entries. |

New Login |
Opens the New Login dialog, which lets you create a new user login. |

Operator Teams |
Opens the Operator Team dialog, which lets you create, view, and edit operator teams. An operator team is a selection of users with operator access rights with the same control rights for specific module groups. |
The table of the User Management dialog displays a list of all user logins, for which currently data is stored in the main database.
When first set up, Trimble 4D Control Server comes with three user logins, all of them not protected by passwords:

Login |
The string the user enters in the User field of the Trimble 4D Control Server login dialog. Case-insensitive. |
Last Name |
The user's last name. |
First Name |
The user's first name. |
The user's e-mail address. |

Access Level |
The user's access level. User rights are assigned according to the access level. |
Operator Teams |
All operator teams, of which the user is a member, are listed, separated by commas. |
Last Login [<time system>] |
The time of this user's last login. |
UI Host |
The IP address or host name of the computer hosting the UI this user used for the last login. |
The list can be filtered to display only logins of a selected access level.
