When you add the Router module, the Router Properties dialog appears with this tab.
If you select the module in the Tree view after you have added the module, the categories and settings of this tab appear in the Properties view.
Use the Router settings to view and specify the communication mode.
The Communication mode setting specifies whether the connection to the outgoing port is an active or a passive connection. If you want to allow the user of the outgoing data to control the source of the incoming data by sending commands to it, select Active.
Warning - An active, bi-directional connection may allow the user of the outgoing data to interfere with the system!
With the unidirectional Passive connection selected, the user can receive the transferred data, but commands or data sent to the Router module will be ignored.
