GGQ - Real-time position with coordinate quality

The GGQ record contains time, position and coordinate quality data for a GNSS receiver. See the following bitmap and spreadsheet for a description of a record:

2	Date [mmddyy] of position fix (UTC)
3	Latitude in [DDMM.MMMMMM]
4	Direction of latitude N: North S: South
5	Longitude in [DDDMM.MMMMMM]
6	Direction of longitude E: East W: West
7	GPS Quality Indicator 0: fix not available 1: Navigation fix 2: Real-Time Kinematic, float integers 3: Real-Time Kinematic, fixed integers
8	Number of GPS satellites being used by both, reference and rover [0 - 12]
9	Quality of coordinates: 3D 3-sigma error in [meter]
10	Ellipsoidal height of fix (of the antenna reference point)
11	M: ellipsoidal height is measured in meters
12	Checksum [00 - FF]
