The Trimble 4D Control Server Trimble Distributed Environment installation may need to add or change some common Windows system settings.
For TCP/IP connections to be opened and closed correctly, the installation makes sure that the following settings comply with the software requirements. The respective settings can be found in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters branch:
