Alarm Manager - History view

The Alarm Manager History view displays a list of already performed Alarm jobs. For a detailed description of the columns of its spreadsheet see the following table.

All entries are derived from the system database.

Description

More Information

Event Time

Date and time the alarm was entered into the data base

 

Condition *

Condition that triggers the alarm. Job name.

Derived from the Alarm condition setting at the Alarm Jobs dialog.

Alarm Status *

Current condition status.

One of the following:

On - Alert or Warning: The condition occurred.
Off - Alert or Warning: The condition disappeared.
Event - Information alarm.
Cleared by Module - The alarm issuing module automatically removed the active alarm.

Alarm Action

Short description of the current action.

 

Short verbal status message about the action having been executed. The action type is derived from the Alarm action setting at the Alarm Jobs dialog.

Module *

Name of the module that triggered this alarm.

Includes the unique configuration name.

Subsystem *

Closer description of the source of the alarm.

May not be filled, depending on the issuing module.

 

Additional Info

Information from the module that triggers the alarm.

Some modules not only trigger an alarm but send additional information about the cause of the alarm.

 

Alarm Raised at

Date and time, when the Alarm module received the alarm message.

System time.

Acknowledged by

Either login user name, or Not required.

The login name is automatically filled in when the alarm has been acknowledged.

Acknowledgment Comment

Arbitrary.

Derived from the Acknowledgment Requires Comment dialog.

Acknowledged at

Date and time, when the alarm was acknowledged.

Empty, if the alarm has not been acknowledged.

Filters are available or configurable for this column. Click the filter icon Icon Filter not set in the column header to open the list of filters. If the filter is set, the filter icon changes its appearance Icon Filter set (filled blue).
