Disable Points dialog

The Disable Points dialog appears, if you add a Terrestrial Engine PP module to the system or change its properties, then set the focus onto the Disabled points value field and click the browse button.

If in a monitored environment a target point is known to be not available any more (for example, because the prism has been removed or is permanently hidden by an obstacle), repeated alarms on missing targets will become annoying. To prevent Trimble 4D Control Server to issue alarms for this point, you can disable the point for alarming. If a point has been disabled, it will not be taken into account in any further round measurement until you enable it again.

Tip - The entries for disabled points are grayed out in the Terrestrial Engine PP Reference Measurement module-view.

Use the dialogs to select one or several points from the alphabetically sorted list of stations to be disabled for alarm generation. Only points used in this configuration are available for selection at the list field. To disable a point, select the respective check box. There is no limitation to the number of selected points. The All button selects all points for the current configuration, the None button removes all selections. By default, no points are selected.

Tip - When adding a Terrestrial Engine PP module to the tree or when there has been no JobXML file imported so far, this dialog will not show any points.
