Template Collection view

Trimble 4D Control Server lets you adjust its user interface completely to your needs. One of its fascinating design features are individual views, assembled by users and listing driver-type depending information for the collection of all modules in the current system configuration. These Driver Collection views list user-selected information.

Displaying the Template Collection view:

As it is the case with all views in Trimble 4D Control Server, you can add several Template Collection view instances to the UI, both as docked panes or as floating windows, but typically you will need only one instance for a limited period. When you start Trimble 4D Control Server for the first time, the main UI does not display a Template Collection view.

To add a Template Collection view instance to the UI, do the following:

A new instance is docked to the main window.

Use the header of the Driver Collection category to do the following:

List items

The items displayed below the category are used to set up a new Driver Collection view or to extend an existing one by dragging and dropping the item to an open Driver Collection view.

Note - As long as the cursor has not left the Template Collection view area, the cursor shape indicates that no action is allowed. View its shape change when the cursor reaches an open Driver Collection view.

Properties

There are no settings available for the Template Collection view.
