Point Groups dialog

The Point Groups dialog appears, if you do the following:

• Select the main menu command File > System Properties, set the focus onto the Point group information (optical) setting and click the browse button. Use the Point Groups dialog to view the list of point data available for the whole Trimble 4D Control Server system, and to edit some of their properties.

Use the dialog to get an overview on which points are members of the point groups used in the system, and on the missions using these points.

Point groups column

Lists all current point groups. Multi-selection using the Shift key is possible.

Points of selection column

Displays for the selected point group(s) all points that belong to one or all of these point groups. Points are identified by their point name. If missions have been established already, the points are sorted in order of the mission they belong to.

Tip - The Default group contains all points that do not belong to any specified point group.
