In-Place Inclinometer Status view

The In-Place Inclinometer Tilts view serves multiple purposes:

For a detailed description of the columns in the table see below. By default, all available columns are shown.

Total deflection

The information field on top of the view displays the total deflection values in A and B direction and and the segment length to which these deflections apply. The total deflection is the sum of the individual deflection values of all tilt sensors selected for this module that have delivered measurements in time and are not out of range.

Description

More Information

Icon visually describing the health status of the sensor.

Healthy: Sensor is operating correctly.

The tilt values of this sensor are out-of-range, that is, they are larger than the upper bound value or less than the lower bound value set up for this sensor in the Geotechnical Sensor Information dialog at the Data Logger module.

No data for this sensor in the data file for at least the time specified with the Tilt sensor timeout property.

Tilt Sensor Name

Sensor identification by its name.

Specified in the Data Logger module

Last Acquisition

Date and time of the acquisition of the data.

The time of the most recent acquisition of the current data by the selected Data Logger modules.

Segment Length

The length of the tilt sensor used to compute the total deflection.

Specified using the module properties.

Tilt-A

Last tilt measurement in A direction.

In decimal degrees. Derived from the data logger file that contains the measurement.

Tilt-B

Last tilt measurement in B direction.

In decimal degrees. Derived from the data logger file that contains the measurement. Initial tilt values are respected.

Deflection-A

Current deflection in A direction.

In system unit. Computed from the last tilt measurement and the segment length. Initial tilt values are respected.

Deflection-B

Current deflection in B direction.

In system unit. Computed from the last tilt measurement and the segment length.

Data Logger

Data Logger identification by its Configuration Name.

The name of the Data Logger that is used to read in the tilt data from a data logger file and to forward it to the In-Place Inclinometer module.
