Disk Watch Status view

The Disk Watch Status view lets you manage Disk Watch jobs and provides information about them. A status icon gives you immediate information on the current status of each job. For a detailed description of its table columns see the following table.

Add Job (shortcut menu command and module-view button)

To add a new job to the list, do one of the following:

Edit the job properties.

Modify

If you double-click onto a job, its Properties dialog lets you edit and customize the settings of the activated job.

Delete Job

To delete a job permanently, highlight the respective job and do one of the following:

Pause or Unpause Job

To temporarily prevent a job from being executed, right-click it to open its shortcut menu and select Pause Job. This command sets the Pause job setting to Yes. To allow the job to be performed again, select Unpause Job. This command sets the Pause job setting to No; the file deletion will start as soon as the specified condition is fulfilled.

Abort Job

This shortcut menu command immediately stops the selected job if it is currently running.
