Inserting modules
To insert a module, do the following:
The Insert Module dialog appears. It offers all available and connectable modules to be loaded at their point. With multiple selected parent modules, the Insert Module dialog displays only those modules connectable to all selected modules. Use the Insert Module dialog to select a module type, select a Controller and / or Container, if applicable and click OK. The module's Properties dialog appears, which lets you add or select one or several module configuration(s) specifying the properties of the new module(s). After you have accepted the selection with Finish, the new module is added to the tree.
The module(s) selected in the Tree view will act as parent(s) for the modules selected in the Insert Module dialog.
Tip - You may insert multiple modules of a type at a time, if you have already set up a configuration specifying the module properties for each of the modules. In this case, use any of the options listed above to go to the Configuration tab of the module's Properties dialog, select the configurations and click Finish. All module will be created in the specified Controller and Container under the same parent (either the root or a parent module).
What to do, if you have selected to insert multiple modules for insertion, but want to cancel the insertion? Depending on the module type selected for insertion, one of the following methods is available for canceling the insertion.
Note - Modules already added to the tree before you clicked Cancel will persist. Consider removing these modules using their Remove Module shortcut menu command.
