FTP Mirror History view

The FTP Mirror History view provides information about the FTP Mirror jobs. Per default, each job writes three types of main entries into the spreadsheet. The first type of entry gives the time the job begins its action and connects to the destination, the second one shows each time, when it began copying a file, and the third type appears once for each job, when it has finished its action(s). Additional types of entries may occur (see the Possible Actions section below).

Description

More information

Status

Icon visually describing the status of the job.

The job has been performed and finished successfully.

A warning. See the Reason column for more details.

An error. Job failed. See the Reason column for more details.

Event Time

Date and time of the event.

Local computer time.

Description

Job description

Derived from the General job setting.

Action

Message text

Short verbal status message about the last run. See the Possible Actions table below.

Source File

Path and name of the file to be mirrored.

 

Destination

Path at the FTP server side and name of the mirrored file.

 

Result

Result of the last run.

One of the following:

  • Success
  • Information
  • Warning
  • Failed

Reason

Only used, if a warning or an error occurred.

Short verbal message about the reason of the failure.

The job has been started.

Get folder listing

Query to receive a list of folders at the FTP Server side.

Create folder

A folder has been created at the FTP Server side.

Copy file

The file has been copied to the FTP Server.

Delete file

The file has been deleted at the FTP Server side.

Delete folder

A folder has been deleted at the FTP Server side.

End of FTP job

The job has been finished.

Job aborted

The job has been aborted.
