Ephemeris Manager Almanac Information view

The Ephemeris Manager Almanac Information view lets you view the almanac information currently available at the Ephemeris Manager. An additional table-in-table displays detailed orbit information for each satellite. For a description of the columns of the table see below.

Available columns in the main table

The main spreadsheet displays the current almanac information for each satellite. It is empty as long as no almanac is available or if almanac data older than two weeks.

Description

More Information

Status

Icon indicating the health status from the almanac in form of traffic lights.

Satellite is healthy.

Almanac too old or not available.

Too old: older than 10 days.

Satellite is unhealthy.

Sat

Satellite identification.

Satellite system IDs are:
Cxx: A BeiDou satellite.
Exx: A Galileo satellite.
Gxx: A GPS satellite.
Jxx: A QZSS satellite.
Rxx: A GLONASS satellite.
Sxx: An SBAS satellite.

System*

Satellite system.

One of GALILEO, GLONASS, GPS, BeiDou, or QZSS.

Health*

Health indicator.

0 stands for healthy, all other numerals for unhealthy.

GPS Week*

GPS week.

 

GPS Seconds*

GPS seconds.

 

Time

Date and time of almanac data.

Filters are available or configurable for this column. Click the filter icon Icon Filter not set in the column header to open the list of filters. If the filter is set, the filter icon changes its appearance Icon Filter set (filled blue).

Table-in-table

Detailed information for each satellite is available, if you go to the satellite row in the main spreadsheet and expand its view. The displayed list shows each standard parameter name, its value and unit, and a full explanation of the parameter.
